I can't help but think this sign is a little bit directed towards their neighbours. They should just have two big arrows, one pointing at Rainbows labelled "sinners", and the other pointing at them labelled "saints".

Or at least changed the 'us' at the end to 'you'. And possibly an image of Lord Kitchener pointing at you as you read it.

In Trinidad, Lord Kitchener is a (very old) calypso singer, who used to sing political parody. What is he here?
