No, no, I prefer the radiation theory. He was exposed to a large dose of gamma radiation, now he is The Incredible Giggler! Sometimes, the giggles become too much, he can't hold them in, and then the *giggler* emerges! <cue theme music> The giggler is wanted for the murder of quiet Tony Martinez, etc.

The same thing I'm doing up this late tonight: my project. Or rather, my progress report now, as it's due at 12.00 tomorrow. Aaargh.
